Terms & Conditions for the Available Positions

  1. The contractual engagement is not being made against any substantive post and as such won’t confer any right upon the hired person for regular/permanent appointment. The contractual engagee shall have to furnish an affidavit duly attested by the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that he/she will not claim any regular appointment at any future date on the strength of this contractual engagement and he/she is agreed with the terms & conditions of the organization and is agreed to work as per the guidelines of the scheme.
  2. The engagement will be initially made for a probation period or till continuation of the scheme whichever is earlier and will be extended only subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate/approval of the competent authority and           a) Availability of Budget b) Continuation of this scheme.
  3. If a contractual engagee at any point of time wilfully neglects or refuses to perform his/her engagement shall be terminated forthwith without any notice and he/she shall not be entitled to any salary for such period.
  4. No T.A/D.A etc shall be paid to the candidates for participation in the written test.
  5. The selected candidate shall have to execute a prescribed agreement.
  6. The selected candidate shall have to execute an agreement that he/she will not leave the centre before the completion of the contract. However, abandoning/termination of the engagement will require one-month prior notice from the incumbent, failing which the remuneration shall not be paid for one month to the incumbent which shall always remain in deposit with the Centre and shall be released on completion of sanctioned term.
  7. The selected candidates have to work under the aegis of JKSWM.
  8. The candidates must be in possession of all requisite certificates/documents in original and no document/certificate issued beyond the commencement date (i.e.20-06-2025) shall be accepted/entertained.
  9. The selection shall be made on the Pro – Rata basis viz qualification, experience, merit obtained in the written test & viva voce.
  10. In case of tie in merit obtained in the written test between two or more candidates, the candidate having higher experience will be given preference. 
  11. Candidates are advised to check all eligibility criteria and fill all necessary details. 
  12. Incomplete application may lead to the rejection of the candidature.
  13. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of details filled, crosschecked with documents uploaded. Mere shortlisting of candidate does not confer any selection upon him/her.
  14. All positions are purely contractual as per the prescribed contract.
  15. Selected candidates shall be required to execute an agreement/affidavit as per prescribed norms and complete all mandatory verification procedures prior to joining.
  16. Probation period will be applicable.
  17. The contractual posts are 24/7 hours in nature.
  18. The reservation policy shall be adhered to in accordance with government norms and regulations.
  19. Upload all necessary documents and experience certificates wherever necessary as per the post applied. Failure of uploading any prescribed document/experience may lead to the rejection of application form.
